I always get what I want from this Boxer. Their food is alwys fresh and the staff is amazing. They are always helpful. They always run good specials for people to save. With the rand not stable and the price of food too high, boxers offers an affordable solution. Their specials are always beneficial to those families and individuals who are struggling financially.

My experience today was really unpleasant. Got to the Kiosk and the lady in the black sarie outfit , tall and skinny did not serve me but rather decided to mop the floor. right after I moved, she served the person who came after me with a smile. I don’t know if you are running a business or nursing peoples emotions at your store. I will never set foot at this store ever again.

Most of promotion items are not sold, the service is extremely slow from the butchery to cashiers, had to wait a long time to be assisted. Please improve especially on the service cause the store is not busy like other boxer stores

After the looting they are getting back to their feeet putting everything back to normal only the outside that needs cleaning the shop is perfectly clean and everything is smart and in oder,.. and the shelves are clean everyone of them or every single worker they are hard working in keeping the shop clean smart and safe. Theres a tight security now working and searching ,.. and they are monitoring the shop which makes it good and safe for customers at the moment theres a lot of sales most things are cheap on in discounted prices ,.. the lines are clean and theres peoe packing packaging and cleaning to keep everything on point,. Thr management is doing s great job just need to deal with the people buying bread they need monitoring becausr they cause dissaster and confusion,..

I just came back from Boxer Superstore Tseles. I use the store frequently as it’s convenient. However, today was by far the worst experience I’ve had there. I was at the store to pay for my phone and to buy meat when I was harassed by one of the staff members — bullied and embarrassed in front of everyone. She was pointing a finger at me, loud and shouting. I tried to ask her to stop, but she kept shouting across the store for everyone to hear. In contrast, I was at Pick n Pay Protea North this past Sunday after church, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. While I was there I noticed that white man is now managing the Pick n Pay Store in Protea North. I think I’ll stick with them from now on.
