It is a place where you can get the Essential things you need. Cashier: If you're planning to come in the morning ansure that you have 15 minutes to your time because only one cashier will be working more especially when they open not knowing why. Cleanliness of the shop🤮: Due to space it is a small and it makes it harder for stuff to clean and several instances have I seen Cockroaches🤮 in the shop. Overall experience: The staff are very much welcoming and friendly just that the environment is not conducive the shop should strategize on making space and ensuring cleanliness is there priority.

Love the sales always affordable

It is not a safe place to shop as they do not care about the costumes. To day I did buy 2 loaves of bread put them where all put the parcel where the guard is looking at them. I did go inside and buy. To my surprise when I go out they where gone. The security never bother to look at the camera or just to ask for my details or just to let the store manager know about this issue. They only told me that thing like this always happened at Bara Usave It is like they are use to this or they are the one stealing. I did told them that I am not worried about that but I do not want this to continue to another person. To the manager please do something about this

The place is ohk but the problem is there is to much crime there last near the the store there was a heist going on guns were the only thing that I could hear and my mother once got robed there so I would recommend that they hire securitys who know that they are going to work and protect people who are there because the securitys there do not even take responsibility when you want help they don't help you so I would yall to hire

Bad..bad customer service..i went there today 13th/12/2021 to buy some stuff..while i was packing my things, i realized the guy charged me for something which was not supposed to be in my plastic.I asked him for a refund and he called for assistance. The guy came from the office and it was explained to him what was the problem and he left without a word.It took almost 10 minutes, then i asked again where's the guy who's supposed to give a refund? A woman colleague answered and said "he went back to the office to ( EAT)"..I asked them to call him back to give a refund and he came and i was told he was looking for a refund book..what kind of service is that? What was so difficult to tell me he'll be with me rather than to waste my time while he decided to go eat..to top it all he asked if i have a pen in order to fill in the refund book..I don't know what they are taught about customer service but all i can say..U-save Mangalani sucks..i doubt I'll refer friends and family to that horrible store which gave bad customer service. We need people who want's to serve customers not Salary takers.
