It doesn't make sense to join two queues for something that can be done at one till. You can't tell me I need to stand in the money market queue after buying essentials at the till, just because you don't want me to withdraw and make purchases at the same time. I asked to withdraw R300 and buy a few essentials, but I was told to pay for the items first and then join another queue. What happened to working smart? Whoever made that rule is definitely not customer-centric.

Mpho Jeannette Maleka mist learn how to treat customers. Nothing in her body knows how to welcome and treat a customer. If I missed communication, did Usave tell her not to assist us in packing our groceries? After scanning groceries she just wants to get cash and that customer away from her. What hapyto checking if another packet is need ohh yeah she won't know cause she does not pack for customers. No matter how packed the counter is. She is rude. Teach her to smile and be kind to customers. Body language and tone is everything. Yes we black, we deserve respect.

It's a very convenient store for all the necessities

Bought bread this morning only to realise that it has expired sell by date is the 29/08/22,which was packed in a bread shelf,this is unacceptable honestly 😒

They never have money in the money Market, most things that you are looking for aren't there, the guy from the money markets attitude stinks and they can't merchandise anything..the store is a hot mess

We all already know Shoprite employees and their poor customer service...I went to the money market to get some cash and the lady didn't greet me back when I greeted she was in a Nad mood I guess but it is what it is😑

Dinamites come in small packages, basically the shop is small but there's everything you can get from breakfast, lunch to supper and dinner. Friendly service from the guys including securities.
