About Cats & Dogs Cobble Walk

Completely overcharged. Purchased a bag of filled hooves. The packets were in a plastic bag, I had counted three packets. After paying, I noticed the amount to be more than double the regular amount. The store clerk charged an impossible amount for the actual cost of a packet, yet when we returned to correct the charge, she was. abhorrent. We have been loyal customers, after today, I doubt this store will ever see us again.

I purchased 16 bags of Gemmas Beef from Doggobone. Our dogs did not react well to the food and became sick and stopped eating entirely. I had 10 bags left and asked the shop 3 days after purchase if I can return the remaining bags for store credit. I was told I had to phone back in the morning when someone more permanent is there. I phoned back and stated that I will purchase my seresto collars from them if they can assist with the store credit for the bags I cant use. Keep in mind that the two Seresto collars amounts to R2000 while the stock I need ro return was a measly R220. They discussed this conundrum for over an hour. In the end they refused the return. You can clearly see the bags were never defrosted the last bit that I defrosted I threw away. I will never thaw something and then return it. I made the purchase in this week. Will never support this branch nor this franchise again and I will definitely not buy the Seresto Collars there.

Phoned to find out whether they have royal canine english bulldog in stock. The employee told me that they have bulldog, but he does not know the difference between english bulldog and american bulldog.....really?

Love the store, very spacious and one could find almost everything with regards to pets
