In and out on a Saturday morning to get cat sand litter. Staff neatly dressed, friendly and ready behind the counter to ring up my transaction. Floor support staff also on the floor and ready to assist if I have questions or looking for something. I am noticing everytime how neatly packed the shelves and displays are. Well done to the manager and staff at the store. Good teamwork.
Great variety of products and service with a smile! I only pop in and out to get what we need but each time is smooth and simple.
Overall A good experience maybe a little under staffed but generally nice friendly shop
My go to place for dog food, Cat Box's heritage brand of dog food is my dogs favourite, it's cost effective and keeps my dogs coat nice and shiny. Their staff are very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful store with a wide range of products. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great range of pet products and excellent prices. Good for bulk buying feed, litter and hay.
I was extremely impressed by Mia’s exceptional, and thoughtful level of service. She is a stellar employee and I do hope she is recognised and rewarded for it. Will definitely give this pet shop my custom when I drive out to the Northumberland Road neck of the woods, again.
