Northern Aquatics CBD

Terrible place. I have wasted so much money and so many fish have died, because I kept altering things at home to try to figure out what was making the fish sick. Turns out, my care is not the problem. This guy gives bogus advice and just upsells everything. The final straw was when he convinced me that two bubble eyed goldfish can live in a tank with a Siamese fighter. Turns out the fighter needs a heater (which I told him we do not have), cannot be tank mates with bubble eyes (which he assured me they make great tank buddies) and actually goldfish need an insanely big tank (ours is a starter, which he knew, and he even tried to convince me we could fit more goldfish). Now I’m stuck with poor dying fish and with work I can’t get to actual legit aquarists who can assist me in saving the fish in time. They will probably be dead before I can get help.Ridiculous and cruel.

I love this aquarium store. I have supported them for many years and they always have great customer service. Thank you!

2 times I bought fish from them , they are dying very quickly Got back to the store have asked them what’s wrong , turns out I do everything right. But they still dying Also these Guys are not listening, interrupting while you’re asking them questions and saying what you’re not asking them to get. Yesterday got for a water filter and male and female guppies Got water pump and 2 male guppies I don’t trust these guys anymore.

We love it! Super nice guy and good quality!

Great service. We now own a couple of fishes.

Ashraf keeps a great shop, open to trading and with good stock.

Customer service was very bad. I was promised stock would arrive on a Friday morning, it was a vacation feeder for fish as I was going away on the weekend. Come Friday morning the man on the phone told me that the feeder hadn’t arrived yet and I should come in at 2pm. 2pm comes and he says come at 3pm. 3pm is when they stopped answering their phone for the day. It was a disaster 🙁
