The staff are always friendly and helpful. Gaby phoned another store to find me an item that they didn't have in stock. Thanks to her I just walked into the other store and picked up the item. Well done to this team
This is a very friendly Absolute Pets and usually my first choice in the chain. I've rarely walked away without my questions being answered. The staff are knowledgeable and aren't just people ringing up a till. It's always a nice experience.
By far the friendliest and most helpful pet store, in fact of any store I have been to. Not a huge shop but they still manage to stock everything you need for your cats and dogs. Highly recommended to anyone in the Greenstone area.
Always great service. Their loyalty points system is really great.
Fantastic service and pricing. Placed my order online on Thursday and they delivered on Friday. Will definately use them again.
Thank you for handeling our dogs so good. We thank you all.
Excellent. They listen. If a product is dangerous 4 our pets / fur babies - they will remove from offering.
