My enormous thanks for the help today. I was trying to find the right size harness for my dog and Happyness was patient and helpful & clearly loves animals because she got loads of loves from my dog in the process 🐶
One of the best chain animal shops. The range of goods is, of course, smaller than in Europe, but it is certainly the best in Johannesburg.
Time and time again I receive exceptional service from the staff from kyalami absolute pets. They are super friendly and helpful.
My favorite pet shop. Pearl is an exceptionally helpful and friendly staff member. They go above and beyond to assist you. They always welcome you with a warm and friendly manner. Highly recommend Absolute Pets- Kyalami corner.
They have this black book where they write your questions on products and no one knows where that book goes. They are very veiendly and happy to take your number to phone you (NEVER) back on your stock questions... I had my number 3 times taken for different products I wanted. Never heard a thing back. Fish supply and products not up to standard and never has stock quite frustrated as I was hopeful that we now had a petshop.
They have a brilliant range of items over here. I used to buy all my rabbits food here.
Poorly managed store with items always not available and most staff are not knowledgeable about its products. Also when there are sales like Black Friday etc they are ill prepared.
