Friendly service and good range of top quality products.
Staff is always friendly. I prefer calling in advance to makesure thatbthey have my particular food and to keep it aside. Shop is always clean
Employee was so rude and sarcastic when asking for products
Absolutely pathetic ... I bought R 800's fish at this place and within 2 weeks all my fish have died ... I would not recommend this place to anyone ... i should have known something was wrong when we collected the fish and the one was already dead. Never ever in my life have i been ripped off like this. They knew there was something wrong with their fish and still they sold it ... Disgusting honestly
Has everything your pet needs, staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Large variety of everything. Very well priced. Definitely my favorite shop for my fur babies
Super friendly and helpful staff! Got a free bed when I bought two bags of dog food! Would highly recommend this place to anyone, thank you for excellent service.
Horribly unfriendly I see no point in the store as you can just order their products online instead as that's what they tell you to do (rather rudely may I add when you ask about something just got a "no" then when I said to my father but they have it online she said "then order it online")
