The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Once the woman gave me a green marrow for my sucker fish and she explained how to attach raw pieces of marrow on a fork to help it sink, my fish love this treat. It’s small kind gestures from staff that care that make all the difference. It is definitely my go to pet supplier.
Hi /hi Well can say that liezel is the most friendly also telephonically she is helpful. But how unfortunate that i went with my dog and there a very unfriendly man ,i actually felt that he didn’t want to serve me when queried about samples . Other then that well priced
Nice shop with a big variety of pet food and pet products. Helpfull and friendly staff. I highly recommend buying from them.
Well stocked shop with a wide range of pet products. Easy to locate store. Pocket friendly prices. And Alvin, one of the till staff provided friendly and excellent customer service experience. I'll call back again.
Amazing pet shop ❤️ a very special thanks to Liezel, she truly went the extra mile in assisting me with my purchase! So knowledgeable, friendly and such an amazing person. I really appreciate it and my dog is so happy 😊 thanks again!
Found what I was looking for, at a very good price. And the assistance was top level
18 Jan - Extremely rude man at till. He was the only one in the store, and was more interested in watching a video on his cell than assisting. Then he orders my son to pick up stuff that was already on the floor, and insists that my son dropped it. It was my first and last visit to that shop!
