I had such a great experience at Petbox Edenvale thanks to Jackie. She was friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. She went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed and made the whole visit easy and pleasant. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about both the pets and the customers. She is absolutely an asset to your company, you are lucky to have her as part of your team!

Conveniently situated. BUT the Lady at the till has a very surly, unfriendly, unwelcoming attitude. She is the first one you meet when entering and the last one you see when leaving. Can't be too great for business. I avoid going there if I can

I have been getting my dog food from Catbox for the past few months. The prices are very competitive, the lady who runs the shop is very friendly and helpful and the staff have gotten to know me and take my purchases to my car for me without me having to ask. Highly recommended

I love coming here. They have a huge variety of items to chose from. No livestock sold here but the accessories and selection choices are out of this world! Their pricing is also good.
