Staff are extremely unprofessional, the product was priced wrong and when brought to their attention they became extremely hostile. One guy kept antagonising myself and my family while we shopped even telling us to go elsewhere. It explains why the store is always empty

The store is very convenient for me and clean. The staff and the service they provide is outstanding, I go there almost every week as I know I'll receive the best service and the products I need for my dogs. Big up to you guys

Friendly staff, beautiful shop and great specials

The gentleman at the front of the store who helps customers load their trolls was very rude to me on the 20 of November when we entered the store they greeted us but did not help they all just stood around then when I placed the 40kg dog food into the trolley the guy proceeded to clap hands at me for doing it myself then on the 13 December we come to buy my monthly dog food and when I entered the store the guy at the entrance told me that he was the only person in the store so no one could help me I then proceeded to help myself but when I left the gentleman who previously clapped hands suddenly appeared as if he was hiding I do not appreciate this kind of service if the service does not improve I will start shopping at westpack again take in to consideration that I buy 2 x 40 kg per month +20 kg doog food and a 4 kg bird food and cat sand I even sometimes buy 120kg dog food

Great service all the time. Always assisted well by Gift and Lucas. The have all the patience for you and also recommend great products for my fur babies

Lovely store, neat and clean 👌 with friendly staff, especially the gentleman at the till. Prices are a little more, but in general very fair, and the convenience of having a pet store near me is great 👍
