Very rude and unfriendly staff members, especially the female at the till. Very disappointing experience.
Had a call with a lady recently asking for oat hay, I still don't know if they stock it, she was rude and unhelpful and put the phone down in my ear She couldn't be bothered to at least find out if they had any oat hay in stock or even find out what it was, and when I said that was fine and to have a nice day she couldn't even respond in kind, awful experience.
I have been to this shop 3 times so far as we recently moved to the area. The prices on the feeds is normal, but other items seems a bit overpriced. I have also found that the lady at the till was not realy a friendly or helpfull person all 3 times. I did not realy feel welcome.
Been shopping there for years. Friendly family business. Good prices and wonderful fresh farm eggs available.
