How this store continues to exist is beyond comprehension. Cruelty to animals is rife. And the man in the store is rude and aggressive and swears at his staff and customers. They will one day be answerable for this ongoing cruelty, especially to animals and their employees.

Plaza Pets is my favorite pet store! The staff are super friendly and always give great advice. They have everything my pet needs, from food to toys to grooming supplies. The shop is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. I've been a customer for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service, great products - what more could you ask for?

Cruelty to animals. Rabbits are kept in tiny cages . All the pets in this shop look so Miserable and unhealthy. I will be reporting this

This shop needs to be shut down. On the 9 Nov was at ur store. Are u a lover of animals or ur want to be cruel to them. Imagine urself to be in a 30cm by 30cm cage for an African Grey whose feathers are almost out. The other pets are neglected. No toys in the cage for the African Grey and 4 kittens in such a small cage.You as the owner you are cruel and u will be reported.It was really sad and upsetting with what I saw

horrible!! please do not buy fish from here! we bought goldfish on special and a week after they were unfortunately dead 🙁 we did absolutely everything we were told by them but that was a mistake. we thought they knew what they were talking about but clearly know nothing about fish!! as we later found out(researching and asking actual professionals) the stuff we were told and given ended up harming the fish more than allowing it to be happy and thrive.

I bought a Hillstream Loach from them wanting to deal with the algae in my fish tank. Though thinking that the algae problem will be too much for the fish to handle I also bought an algae chemical solution. I asked them whether this will impact the fish, they told me it won't. The chemical solution did not only kill my fish, but also my plants (which they knew I had). Wanting a refund, they only provided me with less than half of what I paid for the fish. After being a long time customer, this type of treatment I find problematic and I will not recommend them.
