Nothing better than going to a place and they just go over and beyond, just stopped by for some assistance with a pump and the guys went over and beyond to help me, lovely fish room downstairs, scored some beautiful banded leporinus, will definitely be back to buy a new pump, thank you team, keep up the good work 💪🏼

What a great experience, Richard was so helpful and patient with answering all my questions. The paludarium bug has bitten me and Richard guided and helped me from start to finish. When talking to him you can hear that he is extremely passionate about what they do. I’m unfortunately giving Aqua Empire a one-star review purely because of the customer service. The shop itself is great and the products are good, but the staff service has been very disappointing. I’ve contacted the store multiple times through WhatsApp, sending messages and photos, and although I sometimes receive an initial response, the conversation just stops. I’ve been told someone would take photos and send them to me, but I never received anything back. I followed up several times and still got no response. I’ve also visited the store in person and met who I believe is the owner or manager, Richard. When I greeted him, he was very dismissive and acted as if I didn’t exist. I’m not sure if it had something to do with the friend I was with or not, but the interaction felt very rude and unwelcoming. The store itself and the products are good, but the customer service and communication need serious improvement.

This Aquariam shop is one of the best I’ve ever been to—if not the absolute best. I was completely blown away by the quality of the livestock. I’ve never seen some of these fish in other pet shops before! Not only do they have amazing livestock, but it’s also responsibly priced, which is always a huge win. The employees are friendly and genuinely willing to help. I’ll definitely be visiting them again! Thank you so much!!

I visited the store yesterday. It is clean, well organised. Staff are knowledgeable - from the fish staff down stairs to the sales staff upstairs. Fish are in good health and all tanks are isolated without combined filter setup, which means that if a tank gets compromised that other tanks are securely separated to confine disease. There seems to be academic backing to their operations as well as one of the aqua-scaped tanks upstairs are currently under treatment from an academic professional. I'm highly impressed with this shop and infrastructure. Fish are a bit more expensive than other shops but I think the motivation for the elevated prices are from the superb management of fish stock ensuring good quality.
