Very poor communication and disappointing service! I’ve had ongoing issues with this seller, mainly due to zero communication. Emails and WhatsApp messages go unanswered, and when there is a response, it’s usually followed by excuses and delays. I ordered feeder Daphnia and eventually requested a refund. I was told it would be processed the next morning — that morning came and went with no refund and no communication. I then went to the store in person to collect my refund, only to be told that Daphnia was suddenly available. What was bagged for me was not even worth R50, despite paying R150 for a bag of feeder Daphnia. Between the constant delays, lack of responses, and the questionable setup used to keep the Daphnia in-store, this raised serious red flags for me regarding quality and sourcing. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a once-off issue. I’ve ordered twice, both times for Daphnia, and experienced exactly the same problems. I would definitely think twice before buying from them!

The place to go for very pretty shrimp! And also other fishes. They are adorable. Owner very friendly and informative regarding fish and tanks. Definitely knows his business 👍🏻. I wouldn't go to any other place for fish again. This one definitely the best. And they are opening shop in Three Rivers soon!

Order placed on 19th December, today is 06 Jan. Still no tracking number. Avoid this business like the plague. I suspect its a scam

I can highly recommend this business. Naas is very helpful, has the biggest passion for the hobby and really isn't just out to get rich from you. He's always willing to give great advice no matter what the situation is, he always goes the extra mile whether you asked for it or not. He supplies you with the best quality products, if he doesn't have it he'll find it for you. Not afraid of effort! I rate this a million stars out of 5, because his passion is so much appreciated. Just go see for yourself!
