I have been buying dog and catfood from Crazy Pets Three Rivers for a few years. Staff has always been friendly and ready to assist. The store is well stocked, and items are reasonably priced. It is definitely a larger selection of items for your pets than what is available in a general grocery store.
Staff and management will treat a customer the way they are treated. We have never encountered any unfriendly workers at Crazy Pets, Three Rivers. They always offer to check the storeroom, if you need any product that is not on the shelf. Thumbs up to all of you!!!
Really great specials and very helpful staff. The store is clean and well organized and they offer a wide range of pet products
Got to store 3 mins before closing time and door was closed...teller was already cashing up - we called teller to let us in as quick sale but he said sorry. We just wanted to get cat food - was held up in traffic due to severe accident so arrived later than anticipated... Am disappointed at lack of client service at this store...
Not much of a variety for such a big pet store
The staff are very helpful, we buy our doggie food and treats here, they are very well priced. Nice selection and they have lots of toys and doggy clothes, those can get a bit pricey but still nice quality
Poor service, unfriendly staff. The price on the shelf and what was charged differ. Firt visit, what a disappointment.
