Dis-Chem Pharmacy Three Rivers - Vereeniging

Dis-Chem Three Rivers is an excellent pharmacy and health store! The store is always clean and well-stocked. You can find everything from medications to beauty products and health supplements. They recently moved everything around, so not so easy just to drop in and go! Good marketing, but it's annoying if you are in a hurry! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to assist, whether you need advice on a product or help at the dispensary. I also love their rewards program and the frequent promotions that offer great savings. Dis-Chem is a reliable and convenient one-stop shop for all your health and wellness needs.

The prescription dispensary is extremely SLOW. Today I have been waiting for more than 40 minutes while 2 of the 3 staff members being engaged with ONE customer (the entire period). The third staff member was a bit faster however packed up her Jacket and left with 5 people waiting… no sense of urgency and absolutely no customer care training. Going to try my luck at an alternative chemist

⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Dis-Chem Three Rivers Clinic I had the worst experience at the Dis-Chem Three Rivers clinic today. I arrived only 6 minutes late for my appointment, after struggling to find parking and waiting while the receptionist finished her personal phone conversation before assisting us. Despite this, the nurse on duty, Marie Reeves, refused to help both my babies. Instead of greeting us or showing any understanding, her very first words were that we were late and she would only attend to one baby, and that we would have to come back next year for the other one. Refusing to assist over a 6-minute delay—especially when dealing with babies—is absolutely unacceptable and unreasonable. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and no willingness to accommodate a situation completely outside of our control. Even when my husband told the nurse that it was not okay and she can’t refuse she just ignored and continued cleaning her table and then opening and walking out her office. What made the experience even worse was witnessing how her manager, Susan, seemed intimidated by her. It looked as though she was taking instructions from Marie, instead of the other way around. This left me with zero confidence in the clinic’s management and service standards. Overall, this was by far the worst clinic experience I have ever had, and I am extremely disappointed. Dis-Chem needs to seriously address the attitude and behavior of the staff at this branch. No parent should be treated this way.

This pharmacy doesn't even deserve 1 star, I spent an hour calling nonstop trying to get my sister sorted after they made a mistake on it. I even went to the shop to see if they are really busy and they deliberately don't answer the phone. Pathetic behavior!

I just waited over 50 minutes in the dispensary queue, despite the store not being that busy. Another customer complained and asked for service after which the open counters went from one to two. Once you get to the counter they are also slow. Double whammy, not enough pharmacists and then they are slow.

The only reason I had to click one star is because it would not allow any comment without it. The Dis-Chem Pharmacy Three Rivers - Vereeniging Clinic deserves ZERO stars. My son and daughter in law went to Three rivers today after MAKING AN APPOINTMENT the previous week for my 2 granddaughters' injections. They were in the parking area and arrived 6 minutes late for the appointment. The EXTREMELY RUDE, UNHELPFUL, UNFRIENDLY, INCOMPETANT women nurse/sister at the clinic by the name of Marie Reeves refused to assist them. After she was reported to her manager Susan Jacobs she gave the youngest granddaughter of 6 weeks her injection, she hurt her so badly that my granddaughter could not breath. This women should not be in this industry and MUST BE REMOVED. She clearly does not know how to deal with people and even less about babies.

The service is ridiculous slow. No intention to help you at all in Dischem at the dispensery. They got 8 service desk but only 2 being used. Then the 1 needs to double check the other one. Will not recommend or come back to this Dischem in 3 rivers.
