Hinterland Vereeniging

I am or WAS a regular client as our experience on Thuesday 3 March was a very unpleasant visit. We URGENTLY needed ant poison and stay quite far from Hinterland Vereeniging. When we reach the apartment of the insecticides only one bottle was left. Infront of us was clients that could not decide if they going to take it or not. We were told by the visiting representative of the specific insecticides if the cliets take it there will be available stock in the store. After the Client decided to take the LAST one on the shelfs the representative went up to Management offices. She came back explaining the HR Manager is busy with an Interview and unfirtunately could not assist us. After an hour, I spoke to one of the ladies at the counter and she confirmed that stock is available but unfortunately could not be released before the HR Manager put it on the sytem due to she is STILL busy. How and why I could not understand. Stock taking does not work here as one is left on the display and not replaced. Good buy Hinter Land POOR Customer satisfaction. All over available stock a HUGE concern to which I was used to.

Store is good and all, but when telephone service is required then no one picks up. So if one not sure if they have it or not rather drive in as this will outsafe the cost on the airtime one waste.
