My corgi had developed an abscess in between his toes and Dr T was ever so gentle with treating my fur baby. As finicky as my baby was, Dr T maintained composure and professionalism. My baby's wound is healing nicely and he's not in pain anymore. Thank you so much.
We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Tatenda and his amazing staff for the care and dedication they showed to our beloved Schnauzer. From the moment we walked in, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and true compassion. Dr. Tatenda and his team never gave up – they tried everything they could right until the very end, and their determination meant the world to us. It was clear they truly cared, not just about our dog, but about us as well. Thank you for your friendly service, your warmth, and for treating our fur baby with such dignity and love. We couldn’t have asked for better care during such a difficult time. Forever thankful
My second visit to this vet. Both experiences have been amazing! Tonight I helped a dog that was hit by a car (along with 2 other gents who were also good Samaritans). The dog was in terrible pain and we couldn't load him into the car so I rushed to the vet and Dr T accompanied me back to where he was on the side of the road, sedated him, and then we took him back to the clinic. He was treated and will be there overnight and then transferred to a day vet for further treatment. I cannot recommend WT Emergency Vet enough! They really care and go the extra mile!!!
Thank you so much for assisting with end of life care for Dot on Monday. Everyone was very empathetic and made it easier for us to let her pass with care.
My husband and I picked up a dog on Friday night on Ontdekkers road, that was run over and just left there. The pup was clearly in a bad state, however still alive. I contacted westrand emergency vet and they had no issue assisting us. Unfortunately the dog didn't make it but your service was great. You assisted us immediately when we arrived and treated the poor dog with compassion and love.
I phoned Sunday morning around 6 am and had my sick Poodle seen to before 7 am!!! Dr Patience and staff were absolutely fantastic, and my doggy spent the night and had the best care🙏Highly recommend this practice
Very disappointed with Dr Tatenda, he has no patience and very cold towards customers. I never go to Vet this ever again, R6700 later, treated badly.
